My personal experience of living abroad for 20 years and raising 5 children, helped me to understand transitions and their complexities.
I work with all ages from all walks of life and ages through times of transition.I believe that applying CBT integrative cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and polyvagal approach can be a stepping stone towards healing.
